  • Overview AI Camera: The Overview AI camera is supported to both check for inspection validation and fetch build images from the camera.
  • Haeger 240 Plus: The Haeger 240 Plus is a press machine for installing fasteners. It can be connected to Pico through a Labjack device to record press fastening counts for process error proofing.
  • Mitutoyo Indicator: The Mitutoyo Indicator is blank.
  • TF-Luna LiDAR: The TF-Luna LiDAR is a LiDAR-based distance measurement device that can be used to either measure a particular distance or be treated as a proximity switch to advance work instructions.
  • Norwii Remote: The Norwii Remote is a presentation remote control that can advance or retreat the work instructions much like a foot pedal.
  • Xenon 195x: The Xenon 195x is a barcode scanner.

  • Atlas Copco ST Nutrunner: The Nutrunner ST is a high torque pistol nutrunner from Atlas Copco typically connected to a PowerFOCUS controller.
  • Atlas Copco QST: The QST is a fixtured single-spindle nutrunner from Atlas Copco typically connected to a PowerMACs controller.
  • Keyence MD-X Laser: The Keyence MD-X Laser Marker uses Pico's print template format to mark a wide range of materials with dynamic QR codes, text, and more.
  • Detect-It AI Vision System: The Detect-It AI Vision System can perform quality check inspections by camera and block builds from moving forward in the event of a failure detection.
  • Mountz ECT Torque Tool & Controller: The Mountz ECTD Controller along with the ECT Torque Tool are now integrated using Open Protocol.
  • Stanley EB Torque Tools: The Stanley EB Angle and Inline torque tools are now supported via Open Protocol.
  • IR Controllers: The Ingersoll Rand INSIGHT controllers have been individually created as the INSIGHTqc for wired tools and the INSIGHTqcx for wireless tools.
  • HID 5427 Omnikey: The HID 5427 Omnikey badge reader connects to a Pico Hub over USB and is capable of reading proximity HID cards as well as high frequency cards such as iClass.
  • Insize Calipers: The Insize Digital Groove calipers can be connected to a Pico Hub using the Insize USB output cable for measurements.
  • Zebra ET4x Tablet: The Zebra ET4x Android tablet is now in the device library and is compatible with our Pico Android app.
  • ScanAvenger SA9000: The AS9000 barcode scanner from ScanAvenger is now supported.
  • RFIDeas Wave ID: The RFIDeas Wave ID is a USB badge reader capable of reading RFID badges (iCLASS ID, SE and Seos).
  • Imada DID-4A: The Imada DID-4A is supported with USB torque measurements connected to a Pico Hub.
  • Script: Upstream Action Value: The Upstream Action Value is a script to look up the value of an action in a process upstream of the current build.
